1. Consumer Rights & Statutory Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. You are entitled to a 1-year statutory guarantee on all Helmia jewelry, ensuring protection against faults or defects. If you receive an item that is defective or faulty, you are eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund. This guarantee applies from the date of delivery and covers any defects present at the time of arrival.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The jewelry must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
  • Personalized, engraved, or altered jewelry is non-refundable unless faulty.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team at hello@helmia.world within the eligibility period. Include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue with the jewelry
  • Photographic evidence of the defect (if applicable)

We will provide instructions for returning the item and the printable return slip. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned jewelry and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The return fee, 15 €, will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary based on your payment provider, but please allow up to 30 days for the full refund process.

5. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Personalized or Custom Orders – Jewelry that has been engraved, customized, or altered in any way cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
  • Sale or Discounted Items – Refund conditions for sale items may vary and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

6. Faulty or Damaged Jewelry

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@helmia.world. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you. In cases of faulty items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange an item:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
  • For the fastest exchange, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item through our normal return process.
