We hope you love your Helmia pieces, but if you experience any issues or change your mind, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below.

How to Start a Return

When you want to start a return, please send us an email at hello@helmia.world within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return to your message. If your item has a defect or issue, please attach clear photos of the product to help us process your request efficiently.

Return Options

We will provide you a printable return label per email. The cost of the return, 15 €, will be deducted from your refund. You may also return the item at your own cost with a carrier of your choice. Please request us about a return in advance per email.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. This includes, but is not limited to, original Helmia packaging, boxes, instructions cards, envelopes, labels, and protective covers. Refunds may be partial or declined if the item is returned damaged or used.

Processing Your Return

Once we have received your return, we process returns as quickly as possible. We will inform you per email, when we have processed your return. Please notice, that the full return process may take up to 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original through our standard return process.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized pieces and gift cards are non-returnable. For any questions, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to assist!
