This guarantee applies from the date of delivery, and any defects present at the time of delivery will be covered.

- The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable).

- Jewelry that has been personalized, engraved, or altered in any way is non-refundable, unless faulty.

5. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
